Yawning is one of the body’s most natural ways to reset the nervous system. It relaxes facial and throat muscles, increases oxygen flow, and stimulates the vagus nerve helping your body shift toward calm and connection.
You can invite a yawn by opening your mouth gently and taking a slow breath in. Even a “fake” yawn can become real after a few tries. Notice what happens in your face, jaw, and chest as your body releases tension and softens.
